ACCA F4 – Corporate & Business Law

The ‘Corporate and Business Law’ paper – aims to develop an understanding of the workings of a legal system with particular reference to the law relating to business. This is a structured course with interactive videos lectures, live sessions, mock exams, feedback & revision

The nature of the Exam

The syllabus is assessed by a two-hour computer based examination (CBE) which can be taken on demand and is divided into two sections

  • Section A- contains 25 objective questions of 2 marks each and 20 objective question of 1 mark each
  • Section B- comprises of 5 multi-task questions worth 6 marks each

The pass mark is 50% and all questions are compulsory.
