ACCA F7 – Financial Reporting

The ‘Financial Reporting’ paper – is a step up from the book keeping concepts learned at F3 (Financial Accounting) level and is a link leading to P2 ( Corporate reporting). This is a structured course with interactive lectures, live sessions, mock exams, feedback and final revision.

The nature of the Exam

The exam can be taken either by paper based or computer based and has three sections

  • Section A – 15 objective questions worth 2 marks each
  • Section B – Three 10 mark case-based questions of 5 objectives questions worth 2 marks each
  • Section C – contains two 20 marks questions
  • Paper based is a three hour 15 minutes exam ( allowing time for manual effort)
  • CBE is a three hour exam ( no additional time is given as manual labour is not required)
